NewEra Protect orders are fulfilled through the product seller and its delivery arrangements. This independent affiliate guide does not store bottles, process shipping labels or control carrier service. The order confirmation and shipping messages from the seller are the references for your particular purchase.
Before paying, confirm the delivery address, selected package and any shipping charge shown at checkout. The amount and service available can depend on the destination and current offer. A general package comparison should not replace the final delivery information in the order summary.
Processing and Estimated Delivery
The published product-support information lists processing within 24 hours on Monday through Friday. It describes US orders as arriving in three to five business days and international orders as taking up to fourteen business days. These timeframes are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
The seller’s sale terms expressly state that shipping and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. If timing is important to your plans, contact support before placing the order. Do not assume that a weekend purchase will move through the same processing schedule as a weekday purchase.
Shipping Charges and Package Inclusions
The six-bottle NewEra Protect offer explicitly includes free US shipping. Its product total is $294 before any applicable taxes or other amounts shown at checkout. Check the actual order summary to confirm that the free-shipping inclusion applies to your selected package and destination.
For one bottle, three bottles or an international destination, inspect the shipping charge rather than assuming the six-bottle arrangement applies. General promotional wording may be broader than a particular package’s details. The sale terms require payment of charges specified during the ordering process.
Tracking Your Shipment
Once an order ships, the seller provides a confirmation email with tracking details. Save it with the original order confirmation so you have the purchase reference and shipment information together. Check that the email address supplied during checkout is correct.
If you need tracking help, contact hello@your-newera.com and include your full name and order number. The seller’s stated response aim is one to two business days. This site cannot inspect a retailer account or change a carrier’s delivery status.
Address Changes, Delays and Returns
Contact product support promptly if you notice an address problem or need help with a delivery. The published information does not establish a guaranteed cutoff for address changes after processing, so do not assume an amendment can be made once the shipment has started.
Return shipping is a separate issue from delivery of the original order. Under the return terms, the buyer pays return postage and the refund excludes shipping and handling. See the refund policy before sending bottles back, including the deadline and the requirement to return all opened and unopened bottles.
